Foundation Movement

Strength Building

Not at all. Our classes are designed for all levels, from complete beginners to those with movement experience. Every person is working at their own pace, and our instructors provide modifications for different abilities. You're welcome to join a Foundation Movement class first if you're new to structured exercise.
Each class has a different focus. Foundation Movement teaches basic patterns and body awareness; Strength Building develops muscle and fitness; Mobility and Flexibility improves range of motion; Core Engagement targets posture and stability; Balance and Stability develops coordination; Full Body Integration combines everything. You can try different types to find what resonates with you, or stick with one that you love.
This depends on your goals and schedule. Many people start with one or two classes per week and find good results. Consistency is more important than intensity—regular practice, even once weekly, will build strength and comfort. Some people enjoy coming three or four times per week. We recommend trying a few sessions to find the rhythm that works for you.
Wear comfortable clothing that lets you move freely—no special workout gear needed. Bring a water bottle to stay hydrated, a towel if you prefer, and wear trainers or go barefoot, whichever you're most comfortable with. Some classes use yoga mats, but these are typically provided. Arrive a few minutes early so you have time to settle in and ask any questions.
Yes. Our instructors are skilled at offering modifications for different needs. Please mention any concerns—past inactivity, tightness, sensitivity to certain movements—when you arrive or contact us beforehand. We focus on what your body can do, not on limitations. Our goal is to help you move with comfort and confidence.
